Ingredients
  

For the bruschetta dip
  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced Use fresh tomatoes for best flavor.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded You can mix with other cheeses like provolone.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Adds creaminess to the dip.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced More if you love garlic.
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped For flavor and garnish.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated Optional topping.
For the garlic bread
  • 1 loaf crusty baguette or Italian loaf Slice thick for better support.
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened Essential for flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For the garlic butter mix.
  • to taste salt Essential for seasoning.

Method
 

Prepare the Bruschetta Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh basil.
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated parmesan if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Make the Garlic Bread
  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt together.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both sides of each slice of the baguette.
  3. Place the slices on a baking tray and bake in the same oven for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
