Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups Grapes (red or green, as fresh as possible)
  • 2 medium Apples (Honeycrisp or Gala are sweet and crunchy)
  • 2 medium Pears (ripe but not mushy)
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows Kids love these!
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries For a little zing
Optional ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pecans or walnuts Optional, can be omitted for nut-free
Honey-lemon dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Add more if desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruit thoroughly.
  2. Chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces and combine them in a large bowl.
Mixing
  1. Add nuts, cranberries, and marshmallows to the fruit bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit just before serving and gently toss.

Notes

Store leftovers in a tight-sealing container in the fridge for 2-3 days. For best results, keep the dressing separate until serving.
