Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in refried beans and drained diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- Add all seasonings (taco seasoning, garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, pepper) and mix well.
- Fold in 100 g of cheddar cheese and 25 g of green onions.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining 100 g of cheddar.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
