- Preheat oven to 375°F and move the rack to the top third.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in sour cream, condensed soup, corn, and 1/2 cup of cheese until heated through.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with an even layer of tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until tots are browned and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with scallions and serve warm.
