Ingredients
  

For the lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Can be substituted with frozen raspberries, thawed.
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice Do not use bottled; fresh is best for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 4 cups sparkling water Can substitute with club soda.
  • 1 sprig fresh mint Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Puree the fresh raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, fresh lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Serving
  1. Add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and whole raspberries.
  3. Enjoy immediately for the best fizz!

Notes

Chill all ingredients beforehand for the best experience. Taste before serving to adjust tartness. Can be made ahead without adding the sparkling component until ready to serve.
