Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb snow crab legs Fresh or frozen
  • 1 lb shrimp Shell-on preferred
  • 1 lb crawfish Fresh
  • 2 pieces lobster tails Can be substituted with more shrimp
Sauces
  • 1/2 cup Cajun sauce Spicy flavor for the seafood
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter For additional richness
  • 1/4 cup lemon pepper For a zesty flavor
Sides
  • 4 ears corn on the cob Cut in halves
  • 1 lb small potatoes Yukon gold or red, halved
  • 1 lb sausage Smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups coleslaw For a refreshing crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and corn, cooking for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then, add the sausage and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the seafood (crab, shrimp, crawfish, and lobster) and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serving
  1. Drain the seafood and vegetables and transfer to a large serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with your choice of Cajun sauce, garlic butter, or lemon pepper.
  3. Serve immediately with coleslaw on the side.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level of the Cajun sauce according to taste. Add more vegetables or seasoning as desired. Perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners with friends.
