- Start with a store-bought or homemade pie crust and lay it in your pie pan.
- Layer your sliced peaches directly on the crust.
- Mix the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla, adding a dash of cinnamon if desired.
- Spoon the cream mixture over the peaches.
- Bake until set and edges are golden (approx. 30 minutes).
- Let chill or serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can last 3 days in the fridge. For freezing, wrap tightly and thaw in the fridge before serving.
