Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup almond milk 1/4 cup heavy cream, 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 4-oz can green chilis
  • 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp garlic, 1 jalapeno
  • Spices: Chili powder cumin, onion powder

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic and jalapeno in butter for 30 seconds.
  2. Whisk in milk, cream, cream cheese, chilis, spices, and 1 cup cheddar until smooth.
  3. Stir in chicken and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Simmer covered on low for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve.
