Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Spread the crushed buttery crackers evenly over the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Keep an eye on the cracker topping to ensure it doesn't burn.
Notes
Feel free to add frozen veggies for a nutrition boost. If using different types of crackers or adding more liquid, adjust accordingly. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days and reheated in the microwave or oven.
