Preparation

- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
Assembly
- Layer the cooked grains and greens in each bowl.
- Top with sliced steak, crunchy veggies, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, and a scoop of hummus.
- Drizzle the homemade dressing over the top.
Notes
