Ingredients for Mango Iced Tea
  • 1 small mango, ripe Peel and chop the soft fruit.
  • 2 bags black tea bags Use for a strong flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ice ice cubes For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil water and steep the black tea bags for 5 minutes to make a strong brew.
  2. While the tea is steeping, peel and chop the ripe mango.
  3. Blend the mango pieces with a tiny splash of water until smooth.
  4. Mix the mango puree with the steeped tea and stir in the sugar or honey.
  5. Strain the mixture if desired and pour over a tall glass filled with ice.

Notes

Use ripe, juicy mangoes for the best flavor. You can also experiment with different fruits or sweeteners. Chill the tea fully before mixing for the best texture.
