Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 60 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Evenly distribute the filling onto the 4 tortillas and roll them up tightly, sealing the ends.
  4. Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet.
  5. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
