Method
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Evenly distribute the filling onto the 4 tortillas and roll them up tightly, sealing the ends.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
