  • 1 lb ground beef Choose 80-85% lean for juiciness.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated if possible.
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped Add to the meat mixture.
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix gently using your hands; avoid overworking the mixture.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Check that internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) for safety.
Storage
  1. Allow leftover meatballs to cool before placing them in an airtight container.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
