- Pat shrimp dry and whisk sauce ingredients (honey, garlic, soy, 1 tbsp oil, cornstarch).
- Sear shrimp in a hot skillet with the remaining oil for 2–3 mins.
- Pour glaze over shrimp and simmer on medium-low for 3–5 mins until thickened.
- Garnish with onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

1. Dry the Shrimp: The secret to a good glaze is starting with bone-dry shrimp. 2. Don't Overcook: Remove from heat as soon as they form a "C" shape. 3. The Glaze: The cornstarch is optional but creates that iconic "sticky" texture.
