- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and spices to create the marinade.
- Pound chicken breasts to a uniform thickness and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Cook your grain base (rice or quinoa) and chop the fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and lettuce.
- Air Fry the chicken at 380°F for 10 minutes (flipping halfway) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Assemble each bowl with a layer of grains and lettuce, followed by vegetables, sliced chicken, a dollop of tzatziki, and a sprinkle of feta.
