Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop vegetables such as cucumbers, bell peppers, and radishes.
  2. Mash avocados, mix with lime juice, and chopped cherry tomatoes for guacamole.
  3. Mix Greek yogurt with shredded cucumber and garlic powder for a refreshing dip.
  4. Prepare the roasted cauliflower by breaking it into florets, tossing with olive oil and sea salt, and roasting until golden.
Serving
  1. Arrange vegetables on platters, alternating colors for visual appeal.
  2. Serve dips in individual cups; add a variety of colorful dippers like snap peas and radishes.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
