  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust more or less based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Can substitute with oat flour or other low carb alternatives.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Feel free to swap with other add-ins like nuts or dried fruit.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Almond extract can also be used for a different flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Slowly mix in the almond flour until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips or chosen add-ins.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to achieve the desired cookie dough texture.
Serving
  1. Scoop the dough into small servings and enjoy straight from the bowl or shaped into balls.

Notes

This cookie dough can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days. It actually tastes better after a few hours! Make sure to use thick yogurt and don’t skimp on the chilling time for optimal texture.
