  • 4 cloves minced garlic Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package cheese tortellini About 9 ounces
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese More cheese for extra flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in milk and heavy cream, stirring well.
  5. Add cheese tortellini to the pan and let it cook in the sauce.
  6. Grate in parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot, optionally topping with cracked pepper.

Notes

Leftovers taste even better the next day; store in an airtight container. For reheating, add a splash of milk to thin the sauce if needed. Feel free to add additional ingredients like spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or bacon for variation.
