For the Bombs
  • 1 lb ground beef You can substitute with turkey or chicken.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Use a cheese that melts well.
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated Parmesan adds a nice flavor; consider asiago or cheddar as alternatives.
  • 1 can crescent roll dough You can also make your own dough.
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter Melted for brushing on the bombs.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season the beef mixture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Assembly
  1. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a mix of mozzarella and parmesan cheese on each triangle.
  2. Fold up the dough around the filling and seal the edges tightly.
  3. Brush each bomb with melted garlic butter before placing them on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Rotate the tray halfway through for even browning.

Notes

These bombs are best served hot. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
