Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Roll out the canned dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some mozzarella in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
Baking
- Brush the tops of the bombs with melted garlic butter.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Rotate the tray halfway through baking for even crispiness.
Serving
- Serve hot with ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
These bombs can be frozen and reheated for later use. To keep them crispy, don't use a microwave for reheating.
