Delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger bombs filled with juicy beef and gooey cheese, wrapped in golden, garlicky dough.

Ingredients
  

For the Bombs
  • 1 lb ground beef Use any ground meat of your choice.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to add parmesan inside as well.
  • 1 pkg canned dough Canned crescent roll dough works best.
  • 4 tbsp garlic butter Melted for brushing.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
For Variation
  • 1 slice jalapeño Optional, for a spicy kick.
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken As a substitute for ground beef.
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon Optional, for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Roll out the canned dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some mozzarella in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
Baking
  1. Brush the tops of the bombs with melted garlic butter.
  2. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Rotate the tray halfway through baking for even crispiness.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

These bombs can be frozen and reheated for later use. To keep them crispy, don't use a microwave for reheating.
