Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 can store-bought biscuit dough You can also use bread dough if preferred.
  • 8 oz cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.) Cubed for easy stuffing.
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted.
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic Minced.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese For sprinkling before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Open the biscuit dough, tear it into small chunks, and flatten each piece in your palm.
  3. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each piece and pinch the edges to seal it.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with minced garlic over low heat. Do not burn the garlic.
  5. Brush the garlic butter over each assembled cheese bomb.
Baking
  1. Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth.

Notes

For added flavor, experiment with fillings like cooked bacon, jalapeños, or herbs. Always seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese leakage.
