Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a frying pan with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the pan but be careful not to burn it.
- Drain any extra grease from the beef.
- Stir in shredded cheese while the beef is still hot, allowing it to melt.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly.
- Roll the dough into a jelly roll shape, slice thick pieces, and lay them in a baking dish.
- Brush the rollups with melted butter mixed with garlic and sprinkle herbs on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- Let rollups rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve with ketchup, spicy mayo, garlic aioli, honey-mustard, or salsa as dipping sauces.
Notes
Don't overstuff the dough; they need space to rise. Leftovers reheat well and can be frozen.
