Preparation
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning all over the chicken.
- Add the cream of chicken soup on top.
- Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place on top.
- Pour broth around the edges of the pot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the pot, stir well, and serve hot.
Notes
For leftovers, store in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave with a splash of water or milk.
