- Place the chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Cooking
- About 30-45 minutes before serving, shred the chicken while it is still in the pot.
- Add the broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese to the crockpot.
- Stir until well combined and cook until the broccoli is tender.
- Optional: Leave the lid off for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
