- Dredge each fish fillet through the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to the highest setting for a few minutes.
- Place the breaded fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Spritz the fish with oil spray and set the timer.
- Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, checking for doneness at the 8-minute mark.
- If desired, flip the fish for an additional minute for extra crunch.
- Serve immediately to maintain crispiness.
Notes
Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, coleslaw, or air-fried fries. Can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour.
