- In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with sugar or simple syrup to release the flavors.
- Add lime juice and muddle gently again.
- Pour in white rum and coconut cream (or milk) and stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top off with soda water and stir gently to mix.
- For added presentation, rim the glass with toasted shredded coconut.
Notes
Feel free to experiment by substituting rum with gin, or adding frozen berries for a colorful twist. Always adjust sweetness by reducing sugar if desired. Make in a pitcher for easy serving.
