- Add white rum and stir.
- Pour in coconut milk and stir again.
- Top with club soda, ensuring it's fizzy but not overly diluted.
- Garnish with lime wedge or shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding pineapple or berries. For a mocktail, skip the rum and double the coconut milk.
