Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium firm bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into 1/8-inch rounds.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 330°F.
  3. Toss slices with cinnamon-sugar blend.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes to finish crisping.

Notes

1. Use firm, yellow bananas; overripe fruit will become mushy rather than crispy. 2. Ensure slices are exactly 1/8-inch thick for a uniform crunch across the whole batch. 3. Cooling on a wire rack is essential, as the chips finish hardening once removed from the heat.
