  • 2 tbsp Butter For frying

Preparation
  1. Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin or a clean bottle.
  2. Spread your choice of filling such as cream cheese, Nutella, or jam on each slice.
  3. Roll the bread slices tightly, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon to create the egg bath.
  2. Dunk each rolled bread slice in the egg mixture briefly, ensuring not to soak too much.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and place the rolled slices seam side down.
  4. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
