Method
 

Preparing the Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven according to brownie mix instructions and prepare the baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix your brownie base ingredients as directed on the package or your recipe.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently into the brownie batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for the suggested time, checking for doneness about 5 minutes early.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely before topping.
Making the Ganache
  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add in chopped chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Let the ganache thicken at room temperature for a glossy finish.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Once brownies are cooled, pour the ganache over the top, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
  2. Optionally, decorate with additional strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries.
