Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden but centers are soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 1-2 hours for puffier cookies. Avoid overmixing to ensure they stay tender.
