- Sprinkle the buttery panko bread crumbs evenly over the cheese layer.
- Optionally, sprinkle Italian herbs on top for added flavor.
Baking
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid cheese burns.
