  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough Grand's style is recommended.
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Can be warm or cold.
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce About 15 ounces.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Don't skimp on the cheese.
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Real parmesan or the green can.
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Optional, enhances flavor.
  • to taste garlic powder Usually a generous sprinkle.
  • Nonstick spray For coating the bundt pan.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and add to the bowl, mixing to coat.
  4. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese, ensuring every piece is coated.
  5. Coat a bundt pan with nonstick spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a plate for serving.

Notes

For a crispy top, pop it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes before serving. Adding cooked broccoli is optional for a nutritional twist.
