Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets & 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown sliced sausage in a skillet; remove.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
  4. Whisk in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Incorporate cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Stir in sausage and steamed veggies to coat.
  7. Transfer to a dish (if needed) and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

1. Dry the Veggies: Whether fresh or frozen, ensure your broccoli and cauliflower are patted dry after steaming to prevent a watery sauce. 2.
