Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 package store-bought biscuit dough You can use either biscuit dough or bread dough.
  • 12 cubes cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.) Cube your cheese for easier filling.
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter Do not skimp on butter.
  • 4 cloves minced garlic Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the directions on the biscuit dough package.
  2. Open the dough and tear it into small chunks, flatten each chunk in your palm.
  3. Stick a cube of cheese into the center of each flattened dough and fold it closed, pinching the edges securely.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the minced garlic, being careful not to burn it.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops and bottoms of the dough balls.
Baking
  1. Place the cheese bombs on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Suggested to pair with warm marinara or pizza sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include cooked bacon, jalapeƱos, or herbs. Avoid overstuffing to prevent bursting during baking.
