Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and slice off the tops, then hollow them out using a small knife or a clean pinky finger.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until fluffy.
Assembly
- Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or a plastic zipper bag with the tip snipped off.
- Top the filled strawberries with crushed graham crackers.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Best served the same day as they tend to get juicier over time. Filling can be prepared ahead of time but should be assembled just before serving.
