Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain the canned salmon and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the canned salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Add any optional add-ins such as celery, red onion, cucumber, cooked potatoes, or rice.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
