  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup heavy cream You can substitute with Greek yogurt if needed.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 3 large eggs Use large eggs for best results.
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Just a little for structure.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing it to wrinkle for the desired look.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, until the top is deep brown and a little bit wobbly in the center.
  7. Let it cool in the pan before transferring to the fridge for chilling.

Notes

Best served thickly sliced at room temperature. Can be topped with powdered sugar or berries for extra flair. This cheesecake actually gets better if allowed to chill overnight.
