  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing Use your favorite dressing.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat tortillas can be substituted.
  • 2 cups fresh veggies (lettuce, tomato, shredded carrot) Add more veggies for crunch.

Preparation
  1. Mix the cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly.
  3. Pile the chicken mixture into the tortillas.
  4. Add fresh vegetables and an extra drizzle of dressing if desired.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  6. Optional: Grill the wrapped tortilla in a grill pan until crispy.

Notes

Wraps can be made ahead of time; store filling separately from fresh veggies to maintain freshness. Freezing is possible, but store unassembled wraps for best results.
