Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • extra Parmesan cheese for grating
  • croutons

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the mayo and ½ cup grated Parmesan to the bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and toss thoroughly to coat.
  5. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan and croutons.
  6. Serve immediately with a final crack of black pepper.
