Assembling the Dish
- Slice the bread and place on plates.
- Pile shredded beef on top of the bread.
- Spoon a generous portion of mashed potatoes atop the beef.
- Drown everything in the gravy.
Notes
Feel free to use deli-sliced roast beef and jarred gravy for a quicker version. Leftover mashed potatoes work perfectly in this dish.
