Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking vigorously until the mixture is thick and emulsified.
  3. If using a jar, simply combine all ingredients and shake until well-blended.
  4. Adjust sweetness or salt to your personal preference.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
