Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Equipment

  • Small Mixing Bowl & Whisk
  • Mason Jar (Optional)
  • Garlic Press
  • Blender (Optional)

Method
 

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Add the oil slowly and whisk thoroughly to combine.
  3. Continue whisking until the dressing is fully emulsified.
  4. Store in a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.

Notes

If using a blender, the dressing will be thicker. Olive oil may solidify in the fridge; let sit at room temp for 10 minutes to liquefy. Shake well before use.
